    - Warunkiem by bilet był ważny jest podanie w uwagach zakupu wszystkich potrzebnych danych:

• Imię oraz nazwisko, jeżeli nie jest inne niż osoby kupującej, bądź jeżeli jest kupowane więcej niż jeden bilet,
• Rok urodzenia

 

   - Dla graczy poniżej 18 roku życia wymagana jest pisemna zgoda opiekuna prawnego na wzięcie udziału w turnieju, a w przypadku graczy poniżej 16 roku życia obecność opiekuna prawnego na sali rozgrywek przez cały okres trwania turnieju

    - Deck Listy będą zbierane na miejscu, tylko i wyłącznie w formie papierowej, od godziny 8:30 do 9:50, nie doręczenie deck listy na czas, dyskwalifikuje gracza z wzięcia udziału w turnieju,

    - Proxy są dozwolone pod warunkiem że będą drukowane na jednolitym papierze oraz że będą wydrukowane w kolorze. Używanie kart proxy musi być odpowiednio zaznaczone na deck liście dużymi literami PR obok takiej karty oraz podczas oddawania listy zostanie sprawdzone i zatwierdzone przez sędziego.

    

    - Pierwsze 20 wejściówek jest w promocyjnej cenie 80 zł, po ich wyprzedaniu cena zostanie podwyższona do 90 zł.

Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do obiektywnego zdefiniowania określenia "grywalna karta" które nie będzie oparte na żadnych statystykach.

Bilety nie podlegają zwrotom, natomiast można je przepisać na inną osobę po uprzednim poinformowaniu sklepu na dowolnym kanale komunikacji oraz podaniu wszystkich potrzebnych danych, nie później niż 24h przed rozpoczęciem się turnieju.

Key event information:

 - Date – August 22 (Saturday), 10:00 AM. The store will exceptionally open at 8:00 AM on that day,

 - Venue – Skład Gier, Półwiejska 47, Poznań,

 - Player Cap – 64 players,

 - Format – Gym Leader Challenge,

 - Structure – Swiss rounds (BO1), 50 minutes per round, with the number of rounds depending on attendance (maximum of 6), followed by a Top Cut based on player count, (BO3), 90 minutes per round,

Important information before purchasing a ticket:

• For the ticket to be valid, all required information must be provided in the purchase notes:

            - Player ID,
            - Full name, if different from the purchaser’s name or if purchasing more than one ticket,
            - Year of birth

• Players under 18 years of age are required to provide written consent from a legal guardian in order to participate in the tournament. Players under 16 years of age must also have a legal guardian present in the tournament venue for the entire duration of the event.
• Deck lists will be collected on-site in paper form only, from 8:30 AM to 9:50 AM. Failure to submit a deck list on time will result in disqualification from the tournament.
• Proxies are allowed provided they are printed in color and on uniform paper. The use of proxy cards must be clearly marked on the deck list with the letters “PR” next to the relevant card. All proxies will be checked and approved by a judge upon deck list submission.
• The first 20 tickets are available at a promotional price of 80 PLN. After they sell out, the ticket price will increase to 90 PLN.

Tickets are non - refundable. However, they can be transferred to another person by informing the store through any communication channel and providing all required information no later than 24 hours before the start of the tournament.
